Emin Fuat Keyman is Director of the Istanbul Policy Center (IPC) and Professor at Sabanci University.

Jan Tasci is Project Manager at Mercator Stiftung.

Nathalie Tocci is Deputy Director of the Istituto Affari Internazionali (IAI) in Rome.
